About Us
We love beer and nothing can beat the taste of a fresh crisp beer on tap. We wanted a way to drink beers from our local breweries fresh from a growler while maintaining freshness through multiple pours and drinking sessions.

The Growler Tapping System Coupler
The idea of the growler coupler developed from our desire of creating the experience of a perfect pour with nice head that you would get from a brewery but at the comfort of your own home through a growler. With a normal growler every time it is open you are introducing oxygen to the beer causing it oxidize degrading flavor and aroma making it taste like cardboard. By injecting CO2 and without the need to open the cap during pouring your growler can now stay fresh for up to two weeks. You can now enjoy fresh beer throughout the week instead of having to finish the growler in one sitting.

The design of the growler coupler was made to not only fit our Kakaako Brewing growlers but also the Yeti Rambler and RTIC Growler. This was very important to us because many of us already own these other flasks and it would allow us to convert them to portable mini craft beer tap.

Instructions
• Kit is not compatible with dishwasher, microwave, freezer, hot liquids, or highly acidic materials
• Before each use fill the growler with hot water and add 1 tablespoon baking soda or powdered wash; Shake until water runs from the top and allow to soak for 10 minutes; Use nylon keg brush to clean growler; Rinse other pieces with hot water and allow to air dry completely before use or storage

Quick Start Guide
• 1. Add coffee concentrate and water to the growler IMPORTANT: Only fill it up to 50%-75% maximum.
• 2. Install the faucet: add small thin black silicone rubber ring to spear/faucet connection point. Plastic hose must be 29 cm.
• 3. Put the NITRO by Best Whip 2 gram N cartridge in nitrogen jacket.
• 4. Screw in the nitrogen jacket until you hear a hissing noise.
• 5. Shake well then put into refrigerator for 1 hour minimum. Add a 2nd cartridge!
• 6. Enjoy your nitro brew coffee!
• Note: It is normal if faucet is dripping when you close it.
