Q: Why my blender starts leaking? 
A: Pls check if the rubber ring at the bottom is reversed placed . Or the rubber get loose. Hot liquid may cause the rubber become loosen.
 Tips: It would be better to use water under 194℉/ 90℃ and follow user manual.

Q:Why my blender keeps flicking with red and white light? 
A: 1)If it keeps flicking>10 times, the problem is machine gets stuck.
 Tips: Please cut fruits into small pieces and put them into bottle, do not exceed two-thirds of the cup.
 2) The blender is in low battery power
 Tips: Please charge it until white light on.
