- Evenly spread the onion wedges over the interior bottom of the bag.
- The onion will add extra flavor to the turkey as it cooks in its own juices.
- Optional: Add salt, pepper, Garlic power, light sugar will bring the taste to the next level, depending on personal preferences.
- Slide the seasoned turkey into the oven roasting bag carefully.
- When finished, the opening of the bag should face the end of the roasting pan and should NOT face straight up.
- Draw the opening closed and tie it in place using the included PET twist tie.
