Brass Craft’s 1/2 In. FIP x 1/2 In. MIP x 72 In. Recoat Gas Appliance Connector is 5/8 In. OD (1/2 In. ID) tube with a maximum operating capacity of 86,000 BTU’s. This Recoat stainless steel gas connector is engineered with added safety in mind. The proprietary polymer coating is designed to withstand prolonged exposure to harsh household chemicals, UV rays and salt. Recoat is applied to the corrugated stainless steel connector using advanced powder-coat technology. Unlike conventional dipped or sprayed coatings, the Recoat coating is baked directly onto the connector surface at high temperatures to provide a uniform coating over the entire length of the connector. The coating is applied only after the connector has been 100% leak tested, prior to nut and fitting assembly. This process results in the most complete corrosion resistance available.

Everything you need to hook up your gas dryer. Kit includes gas connector line, 3 fittings and sealant. In the State of Massachusetts, the following installation instructions apply: Installations and repairs must be performed by a qualified or licensed contractor, plumber, or gasfitter qualified or licensed by the State of Massachusetts. If using a ball valve, it shall be a T-handle type. A flexible gas connector, when used, must not exceed 3 feet.

This indoor dryer vent is designed to capture the lint from your electric clothes dryer, for those unable to vent to the outside. All types of indoor dryer vents will allow heat and humidity into the room. We recommend the user allow for air circulation and ventilation when operated in confined spaces. This patented double filter system does not use water, eliminating messy cleanups. The stainless steel screen acts as a pre-filter capturing large lint particles, pet hair, etc. and can be cleaned with a sweeping motion of the hand. The polyester filter will capture the finer lint dust and can be vacuumed clean for extended use or replaced when fully loaded with lint. Replacement filters are available in packages of 6, lasting most users up to a year under normal conditions. There is a patent pending “safety vent flap” designed to open, as a reminder to clean the screen and filter. For renters or homeowners concerned with dryer lines that exceed the dryer manufacturer’s recommendations, resulting in inefficient operation and lint accumulation, this is a great solution. The MV-90 is designed for when the vent path takes a 90 degree turn, such as down through the floor, up through the ceiling, or off to the side. -The MV-90 can handle offsets up to 3 inches from center to center. The more accurately you line up the MV-90 with the vent on the back of your dryer, the better the vent path and the further back you can locate your dryer. Normally, the MV-90 requires 5 1/2 inches of clearance behind the dryer. If an obstruction necessitates you locate the MV-90 at the maximum 3 inch offset, then your dryer will need to sit out an additional 3 inches to allow for a bend radius in the transition duct. -Close vent offsets between dryer and wall vent located on same wall as dryer (Offsets between 6-9 inches): The MV-90 can be coupled directly to a standard 4 inch diameter, adjustable, 90 degree elbow which creates a 9 inch offset. See photo below. If your same wall offset is 6 inches, you can use the MV-90 and an elbow, taking advantage of its ability to handle misalignment up to 3 inches. -Same wall offsets greater than 9 inches: Simply mount the MV-90 directly behind your dryer, plug the 90 degree elbow into the wall vent, and measure for the required length of rigid metal pipe between them. Make sure to measure from where the pipe will stop on the MV-90 to the stop on the male end of the rigid metal pipe. -Close vent offsets between dryer and wall vent located on same wall as dryer (Offsets between 0-3 inches): If your same wall offset is between 0 and 3 inches, then the MV-180 is the product for you.
